How to Create a Contact Form with Google Docs

How to Create a Contact Form with Google Docs | Contact Page or it could be titled How to create a Contact Us form (our contact form) of Google Docs. In addition, from the Google Docs you can also create a poll with Google Docs this facility. Here are the details of how to create a contact page / contact form with Google Docs:

1. Visit the Google Docs page on http://docs.google.com
2. After that log into Google Docs using a gmail accoun
3. Then we will be brought in on the Google Docs page. On this page if you want to create a contact page / contact form so steps - steps we click the button and select Create New Form.
4. The next step we will go on the Edit Form. On this page

- Write the title of a contact page / contact form in the box provided

- Write a Page Description of contacts / contact form in the box provided


Just as making the subject box, click the Add Item button, and then we select the text paragraphs. Next will come a new form, fill in this form with a text message in the Title box and the last question we click the Done button.

Note: If there is a box that must be filled and should not be dikosonngkan then we just check the options that it says Make this a required question. Blogger friends can also add other boxes that fit your wants and needs.


5. When we have finished creating a contact page / contact form. At the top right there is the Save button, click the button.

6. To see results click on the url that is under the Edit Form page.


7. When we have been pleased with the results shown in step number 6 then the next step is to put a contact form / contact page on our blog. Do we click on the Actions? located in the upper right and select Embed. A notice will appear as shown below, we immediately copy and paste the html code on the contact page on our blog 
Next is to create a box name, email, subject, and message.


Make the box the name of the contact form / contact page with Google Docs

In the Query Title box, we fill in name and in the Question Type select Text and then click the Done button.

Repeat the way we do like to make a name in the box above.

In the Query Title box, we fill in Email and on the Question Type select Text, click the Done button.


Next is to make the subject contact page following steps:

Click the Add Item, then we choose Select from the list. Next we will be faced with a new form to create a menu of subjects.

In the Query Title box, we fill in the box with the subject and the subject of the option we write what we want to add such criticisms and suggestions, questions, link exchange, advertising and so on. Click the box that reads Click to add options if we want to make a lot of options. If we have finished adding the list of subjects on the contact form so we just click the Done button.
